Surrounded by 500 acres of unspoilt countryside and exclusive to you and your guests for up to three days we give you the time, freedom and flexibility to celebrate your wedding your way. We do this by giving you the opportunity to personalise the venue however you wish, along with offering a number of ceremony options from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, up to a capacity of 160 guests.
At Doxford Barns our on-site accommodation is also completely available for your exclusive use, which comprises a beautiful suite for the couple, along with a further 7 self-catering cottages to sleep up to 41 guests.
Whether you opt for our 3 or 1-day option, our award-winning head chef who was trained by the famous German chef Peter Kromberg and previously won of the prestigious prize of ‘Chef of the Year’ has cooked for Her Majesty the Queen following a recommendation by Princess Anne. John and his team will cater for all of your culinary needs, including dining options the evening before and breakfast on the morning after your wedding as extra options for a 3-day experience.'

o The Forge offers a comfortable area for the bride to relax prior to the ceremony as well as an alternative cosy seating area for guests to relax in front of a real open fire
o The Turnbull Bar and The Baldy Reiver bars have 2am late licences for entertainment and the sale of alcohol
o Our award-winning catering team is led by head chef John Blackmore. John was trained by the famous French chef Paul Bocuse, has a ‘chef of the year’ award and previously cooked for HM Queen following a recommendation from HRH Princess Anne
o Doxford Lake is our spectacular 3 acre lake, which creates the perfect setting for photography surrounded by wildlife and nature
o The Farmhouse Gardens and lawns offer the opportunity for outdoor speeches, drinks, canapé’s or for the ceremony itself
